The article's title is, 'White, European and Endangered: Is the Caucasian race Dying?'
Now obviously that's a confused title as not all Caucasians are European. The standard definition of Caucasian is peoples of European, North African and Middle-Eastern ancestry. Sometimes north-Indians and similar groups are included.
Granted the definition may vary from place to place but the subtitle of the article is, "Karin Friedemann (Letter From America)"
That's Letter from America, to be clear.
And at the bottom of the article were are informed, "Karin Friedemann is a Boston-based political analyst. She is Director of the Division on Muslim Civil Rights and Liberties for the National Association of Muslim American Women"
So, the author is a US based muslim activist whose last same appears to be jewish.
And she is writing for.....wait for it......the 'Khaleej Times' of the United Arab Emirates.
So, we have a woman with what appears to be a jewish surname -who is a muslim activist- writing from America to the middle-east about the validity of the demise of the White race even though she seems confused on the definition of who is White.

She writes,
"Some call this creeping multiculturalism “a Genocide against the White race.” While globalist strategy does appear to undermine local social cohesion first by encouraging immigration and then by whipping up anti-immigrant hysteria, such analysis ignores personal choice. White people have not been reproducing at replacement levels."
So What?
What does White birth rates have to do with immigration?
Birth rates go up and down.
Importing millions of non-Whites into White nations is a separate issue (the arguments of global corporations not withstanding).
Europe lost almost half of its population from the Black Death in the Middle Ages.
Did they replace those 30+ million lost with immigrants from Africa?
Nope.

Do I need to point out that in 1751 the United States didn't exist. The area (the colonies) which Franklin was speaking of was British territory.
And Franklin was right. Fortunately the number of German settlers slowed during that time while British (particularly Scotch-Irish) settlers increased.

Well if Jeff Jacoby said it it must be so, huh.
You know I've seen this claim for some time (that the Irish, Italians and even Germans were at once considered non-White by US officials) yet I've yet to find a credible source for the claim.
And jews originate from the middle-east, not Europe. The only people who consider them White are Census officials.

White identity does not come with that baggage. It has that baggage placed upon it by its adversaries.
Slavery, Segregation, Apartheid and Colonialism were all practiced by, Arabs, Mongols, Huns, Berbers, Turks and others on Europe for centuries to a far greater and more sever extent than Europeans have on anyone else.
Jews are always exempt from collective White Guilt as their involvement in Bolshevik massacres, the American slave trade, and the conquest of Palestine is never mentioned at any level of the US public educational system while the Holocaust is taught starting in Kindergarten.

Journalist Eric Walberg blames the downfall of Europe on neoliberalism while author Michael Hoffman blames moral degeneracy. “The non-reproducing (i.e. self-exterminating) Whites of Europe and America live for luxury.”
Again, declining birth rates have nothing to do with it. In fact Europe is OVER populated as it is.
The problem is that foreigners are moving in.
The percentage of Whites could drop to 1% of the worlds population and still be fine SO LONG AS NON-WHITES ARE KEPT OUT OF THE WEST.
Declining Birthrates and immigration are two completely different subjects. They only overlap at the insistence of "activists" and corporate CEO's.
The purpose of Ms. Friedemann's article is, well, anybody's guess...
