A Social Construct?...

New Black Barbie With Realistic African Features

Grace, Kara and Trichelle
have fuller lips, wider noses and more pronounced cheek bones than their forebear, Christie, Barbie's first black friend who was introduced in 1968 and was essentially a white doll painted brown.

Attempts to kit the dolls out in hip hop-style "bling" such as huge necklaces and earrings, fancy trainers and at least one ghetto blaster met with accusations that they were reinforcing negative racial stereotypes.

Big Brother says, "make black barbies realistic to match physical racial characteristics of blacks."

Big Brother says, "race doesn't exist."

And remember, "war is peace, death is life, night is day and all truth is is malleable and all truth is eternal and stems from Big Brother!"
